Shipping & delivery

Rosing supplies complimentary shipping on all orders to addresses within Denmak (excl. Greenland and Faroe Island). Individual arrangements can be made for shipments to international addresses.
To ensure secure delivery, Rosing only uses courier companies that require signature upon arrival.
Please allow for approximately five business days to receive your items.
Tracking & trace information will be shared with you by email.
Express deliveries are only made available upon special request.

Payment options

Rosing accepts major credit cards, bank transferals and Mobilepay.
In accordance with Danish law, cash amounts are only received up to the limit of 14,999 DKK.

Payment can be made with Mobile Pay and major credit cards; MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and PayPal and any other methods that may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch or reservation of your order by Ragnar Ure og Juveler.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Ragnar Ure og Juveler, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our Website secure. All credit card transactions on this Website are processed using Nets Easy, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Returns & exchanges

Rosing accepts product for credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The accessories and jewellery must be in perfect saleable condition, the merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging (jewellery boxes and pouches), and a sales receipt must be shown, in order to refund the amount to the original form of payment on which the purchase was made.

No exchange or refunds are issued for personalised, altered or engraved items.

Right of Cancellation

When you make a purchase directly via the Website, you have a 14-day right of cancellation calculated from the date you receive the product. If you want to exercise the right of cancellation you must notify us thereof before expiry of the time limit for exercising the right of cancellation. This right does not apply to custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces.

The period during which you may exercise your right of cancellation starts on the day you receive the product. If the 14-day period expires on a holiday, 24 December (Christmas Eve) or 31 December (New Year’s Eve), the period is extended to expire on the following weekday, unless otherwise stated. Example:

If the product is received on 1 June, the last day on which the right of cancellation may be exercised will be 15 June. The time limit has been observed if you send your notification on exercise of your right of cancellation before expiry of the time limit. You may exercise your right of cancellation without stating any specific reason and by communicating your decision to us by ordinary letter or by email.

You may also use the below standard cancellation form if you want to cancel your purchase. We update the return form on an ongoing basis to ensure that it is always in accordance with applicable provisions.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must subsequently return the product to us. You must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you want to cancel the purchase. However, we do not accept delivery of products returned COD or sent without postage.

The product in question may be returned to us at the same address as that stated above.

Documentation may be demanded proving that the product was sent prior to expiry of the time limit. If the product is to be sent, it must be packaged in a responsible manner. You have the risk of the product during transportation and are responsible for ensuring that the package/product arrives undamaged.Consequently, you should save postal receipts and any track and trace number.

Furthermore, we encourage you to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase and to return the product in its original packaging.

You are liable for the expenses incidental to returning a product when you cancel the purchase.

Products must be returned in a good and undamaged condition. If returned products show signs of damage or use, other than what is required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you will be liable for any loss of value of such product.

You may thus lose the right in full or in part to have the purchase price refunded. We will estimate the value on the basis of a specific assessment of the returned product.

If you decide to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the above, we will refund the purchase price together with the original freight costs (however, not any additional costs incurred as a consequence of you opting for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery) less any loss of value.

Payment for the product will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after we have received your notification on cancellation. However, we reserve the right to withhold such refund until we have received the product(s) for inspection or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the product, whichever is the earliest.

The amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment which you used to make the purchase. If e.g. you have paid using a payment or credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used making the purchase.
